Viewingshub mock-up: a ranked list of five fictional homes, a draft inquiry e-mail to the listing agent with an Approve and send from my Gmail button, and agent replies with proposed viewing slots

Mock-up · planned layout, not final. Fictional homes and agents.

Where house hunting stalls

Every listing needs its own message: the same questions about fees, offers and viewing times, typed again for each agent.

Portal contact forms route you to whichever agent pays for the lead, not always the listing agent.

Replies scatter across e-mail, texts and portal inboxes, so viewing slots get missed.

Portal AI helps you search, but it does not write to agents for you or keep track of who answered.

What the app will do

You paste the listing links you like and say when you can view. Viewingshub summarises each home, drafts a short inquiry to its listing agent, and sends it from your Gmail or Outlook only after you approve it. Replies and proposed viewing times land on one board.

  • A one-screen summary of each listing you paste
  • A draft inquiry e-mail per listing agent, with your questions and viewing windows
  • Nothing is sent until you approve it, and it goes from your own mailbox
  • A board of replies, proposed viewing slots and follow-ups due
  • E-mail only; no texting or WhatsApp automation
  • Not a broker and not an appraisal: you decide and you negotiate

Questions

Is Viewingshub available?

Not yet. Viewingshub is pre-launch. This page checks whether home searchers want it before it is built. Reserving only counts your click; no payment details are asked for and nothing is charged.

When does it launch and what will it cost?

The planned launch window is spring 2027, United States first. The planned launch price is $99 for one search (about 2 to 3 months of house hunting). Reserving now is free and no payment is taken today.

What happens when I press reserve?

After two short questions, the reserve button counts your click and shows a page that says the app is not available yet and that nothing was charged. This page collects no e-mail address, so it cannot tell you when it is ready.

Does it send messages without asking me?

No. Every e-mail is a draft until you approve it, and it is sent from your own Gmail or Outlook account. It does not text, call or use WhatsApp.

Is it a real-estate agent or broker?

No. It does not represent you, negotiate or give legal or financial advice, and its summaries are not appraisals. You can still work with a buyer's agent.

Who is behind this?
